House had been sure thirty seconds ago that this case was going to bore the hell out of him, but then Cameron informed him that the ER had already ruled out all the obvious explanations for a seizure absent epilepsy accompanied by elevated calcium levels.
As he walked down the hallway to where Chase was with the patient running tests, he impulsively pulled out his phone and texted Corbin.
Caught a case. EEG lab if you want to see the magic happen. He didn't wait to see if he answered, just slid his phone back into his pocket.
A few minutes later he was hounding Chase to hurry up. "Yeah, yeah, boring. Let's focus on the task at hand here. Figuring out what made mom twitch so hard she threw the baby in with the bathwater."
The door had just opened and he saw Corbin walk in so he added, "Don't worry, baby's fine." He looked at Chase. "People get so weird about babies."
