Wyn & Alwyn

Honestly the data analysis that went into trying to gain insights about Wyn was one of the best intellectual challenges House had had in some time. The data from Alwyn was also enormously helpful, since he could use it as a control. Also the process of getting some of it was... a bonus.

Finally he thought he had a pretty reasonable theory. He didn't really want to wait until he ran into him again, so one day right after class he went to Wyn's room and knocked on the door.

House walked over to the piano and sat down. "Well why don't you think of another way while you listen." He started to play.

Alwyn laughed, laying down on the sofa and watching Greg with a warm smile.

He was talented, and the music was beautiful. So much so Alwyn almost didn't want it to stop. It was so nice to just watch Greg play.

House actually forgot he was there briefly. He slipped into improvisational jazz and just kind of got lost in the music. But then he suddenly remembred and stopped playing to look over his shoulder. "Sorry, got a little carried away."

"No, don't be sorry, I'm enjoying it," Alwyn assured him. "You're very talented, your hands are a wonder."

House smiled. "I'm just full of surprises. That's how I stay interesting."

Alwyn laughed brightly at that, stretching out where he lounged.

"Oh? What will you surprise me with next? Perhaps a fiddle or a lute..."

House chuckled. He knew Alwyn was joking, but... he reached behind the piano and pulled out a guitar. "Fresh out of lutes," he said, and stood up to go sit next to Alwyn with the guitar.

Alwyn sat up slightly and settled in to watch him play.

"You enjoy music?" he asked.

"Mmmhmm," said House as he started to strum the opening lines to Led Zeppelin's Over the Hills and Far Away.

And then, surprising himself even a little, he started to sing. "Hey lady, you've got the love I need, maybe more than enough...."

Alwyn didn't know the song, he knew very little human music, but he listened in silence. More than the song, he enjoyed Greg- The sound of his voice, the precise movements of his fingers, it was charming. He was charming, Alwyn supposed, a bit surprised by how much he was warming to the human.

When House finally stopped, he looked a little embarrassed as he looked over at Alwyn. "This probably isn't what you had in mind, is it?"

"No, but I'm enjoying it very much. I had no idea you were musical. You should play more often, you're very good," Alwyn replied honestly.

"I play a lot," House said. "I just usually don't have an audience." He quirked a smile. "Some people find musicians sexy."

"Oh? Is that why you play? For what it's worth, I'm not sure you need to play to be attractive, I found you handsome before I knew you had this talent," Alwyn purred.

House set the guitar down, and put a hand to Alwyn's face, stroking his cheek. "Somehow you make me believe it, even when you are fucking breathtaking."

"Thank you," Alwyn replied, leaning into the touch. "It's always nice to be praised."

Alwyn knew he was good looking, but he found more eyes lingered on his brother here. At least he felt they did- Including Greg's, he worried.

"I don't hand out praise easily," said House quietly, and leaned in to kiss him.

Alwyn leaned in to meet him halfway, returning the kiss with a soft moan.

One hand slowly came to rest on Greg's shoulder, and the other crept up to his thigh as the nymph shifted just a bit closer to fully indulge in the other man.

"I can't stop thinking about you," House confessed when the kiss broke.

"Oh? Am I in your dreams?" Alwyn purred. "I'd so love to hear all about them... You can tell a lot about a soul by their dreams."

"I think all you would learn about my dreams is that I'mm just a dirty old man," said House, and dragged a finger down Alwyn's neck.

Alwyn purred at the touch, tilting his head just so to invite Greg closer.

"If your dreams are dirty, I wonder what mine must be," he said.

"Do you want to tell me about them?" House murmured, and slid his finger into the collar of Alwyn's shirt, stroking his skin.

"That depends- Do you want to hear them, or would you rather give me something new to dream about later?" Alwyn asked, turning to look at Greg.

A hint of a smile curled his lips, and before the man could answer, he leaned in to kiss him slowly.

House kissed him back, gently then a little more intense, a pleased little sound escaping him. God he loved kissing Alwyn. Honestly probably the best kisser he'd encountered in his life. He slid a hand underneath Alwyn's shirt.
