"No, I can keep going," House said. "I just need to figure out how to take measurements. Perhaps I could work out a spell where you can do it yourself."
"I've been working on something," House said, and got to his feet. He went over to his workstation, and then brought back over a dish with what looked ilke a small piece of paper floating in it. "Take your shirt off," he said.
House picked up the piece of round thing, which was thin and sticky on one side, and pressed it above Wyn's heart, smoothing it down with his hand.
Then he snapped his fingers in front of it, and then murmured an incantation. After a moment, a series of lines appeared on the patch, lookng like data.
"Baseline reading," he said. "A few vitals and measurements."
House thought of Alwyn... well, propositioning him. Sort of. And it was inappropriate. Even though House knew that most of the faculty didn't care, and a significant amount did the same thing. Including, he had an inkling, the new headmaster. But strangely enough, another thought he'd had was - would Wyn care? Which was ridiculous, because why would he. And it was also ridiculous that Alwyn would want -
"Why ah, why don't we stand," he said, because he couldn't imagine a non-awkward way to kiss sitting in these chairs. Unless Wyn climbed onto his lap. Which... well. House to to his feet.
House kissed him, before he finished the sentence, and before House lost his nerve.
It was for science, he told himself. It had to be real or it wouldn't work. He put a hand at the back of Wyn's head, fingers curling into his hair, and really kissed him.
House knew he should stop. That was enough, right? Once he heard that little gasp. But when he heard the little gasp it also made him want to deepen the kiss, to bring a hand to Wyn's face to stroke his cheek. And he made a little growling sound of pleasure in the back of his throat.
It was nice, the way House touched him, the sounds he made, the slight
scratch of stubble- Guilt hit swiftly and suddenly, and Wyn looked
embarrassed as he drew away.
House blinked as if coming out of a daze. His eyes met Wyn's for a moment, and then he looked down, put his hand over the patch on his heart again, and murmured the spell.
House got the data he needed, immediately noting the difference. He didn't move his hand away right away. "I'm sorry, maybe I went too far." Fuck but he wanted to go farther.
"They're different," House said, and sat back down. Crossed his legs. Because he wasn't sure if his partial erection was visible but he didn't want to take the chance.
"That's good. Means it works. I want you to keep a log, just for a few days. Time, duration, intensity. I can match it to the readings after."

"No- No, I'd like to know more," Wyn insisted. "That is, if you really don't mind working on this."

"Alright," Wyn agreed, a hint of real affection in his smile.

Wyn couldn't help but offer a cheeky smile at that, pulling his shirt up and off over his head.

"Clever," Wyn noted, watching the spell work.

"Wouldn't it be easier if you just kissed me?" Wyn pointed out.
no subject
"I thought it would be inappropriate for me to suggest that," House said, clearing his throat.
no subject
"Why? It's for science," Wyn shrugged, giggling just a little. "The only fun part, probably."

"Why ah, why don't we stand," he said, because he couldn't imagine a non-awkward way to kiss sitting in these chairs. Unless Wyn climbed onto his lap. Which... well. House to to his feet.

Wyn nodded, then stood. He was a petite little thing, much shorter than his brother, narrowly built and noticeably underweight.
"You look nervous," he noted. "If you're uncomfortable, we don't have to. I don't mind finding Hex..."

For science.

You know, for science.

Wyn's heart was beating swiftly, and he was struggling to keep his pheromones in check as he fidgeted awkwardly and let Greg work.

"No- No, it's okay," Wyn assured him, still looking embarrassed by his own behavior. "It was nice."

Wyn nodded awkwardly.
"Um, so- what do the readings tell you?" he asked finally, hoping to make it all less awkward.
no subject
"That's good. Means it works. I want you to keep a log, just for a few days. Time, duration, intensity. I can match it to the readings after."
no subject
"Sure," Wyn nodded, fidgeting a little. "I can do that."
